Health care trust was founded by Mr. Albert zwaan (from Auroville) who is adopted father of Mr. Ramalingam - Managing trustee, and Inagurated by his mother Mrs. Lakshmi bai.

Demise of founder in 2013
With continuous support and guidance of our founder, the trust and home were running for 7 years since the start date. Our Founder has left all of us with heavy heart in the year of 2013. Later, His son Mr. Ramalingam - Managing trustee and his wife Ms. Gokula Lakshmi were taking care of home and residents till date.

We, Mahathma Gandhi (Home for the aged) received Best social service award from Inner Wheel Club of Pondicherry Cosmos in the year of 2019 .
In the early of 2022, Received Appreciation Award from the Lions Club of Pondicherry Host .
